Maintainers sought for KubeCF and Project Quarks

Hi all,
We've got two projects that no longer have active maintainers. Are there any companies or individuals out there that would like to pick up maintenance of the KubCF project and/or Project Quarks?
The primary repositories are:

If we don't find maintainers for these, we'll want to archive these repositories soon, as we don't want folks putting in Issues and Pull Requests that won't be responded to.
