Does java-buildpack support turning on aspectj loadtime weaving for app?

If not, are there any plans to do it? App itself could provision
aspectj-weaver.jar file.

This is currently not supported and we have nothing in the pipeline for it.
Please raise a feature request though and we will discuss it.
