Announcing dynamic ASGs!

Hello everyone,
🎉 In cf
deployment 20.0.0 dynamic ASGs are now available and enabled by default.
🌧 Before dynamic ASGs, users had to restart their apps for ASG changes to take effect.
☀️ Now with dynamic ASGs, users no longer have to restart their apps for ASG changes to take effect. Now these changes happen
dynamically!
🙌 A HUGE shout out to Geoff Franks, Maria Shaldibina, and the whole networking team for making this happen.
