Hi All,

The version of NGINX in the Staticfile buildpack will change from the
latest 1.11.x version (currently 1.11.13) to the latest 1.13.x version
(currently 1.13.0) in the first release of the Staticfile buildpack after
June 9, 2017. For more information, refer to the buildpack documentation:
