Hello All,

Pivotal would like to nominate Adrian Zankich for the Project Lead on the
Infrastructure project. Amit Gupta is stepping back from day to day PM
duties and will be working closely with Dmitriy on BOSH.

Adrian joined Pivotal in November of 2015 and quickly became the anchor of
the Infrastructure team. His core focus has been making consul and etcd
first class releases as well as improving the deployment experience, for
open source Cloud Foundry, with bosh-bootloader. Adrian is passionate about
open source software and building tools which empower and enable developers
to create products more effectively.

If there are any questions/objections to this appointment, please send that
to me by end of day November 7th, 2016.
We will also have time to discuss this at this week's Runtime PMC meeting.
