Hi,
While defining new space quota using latest CC API version 2.48.0 , we can give instance_memory_limit & app_instance_limit
as -1 which is unlimited,However other resources such as total_services and total_routes also accepts -1.
does it also indicates that services and routes are unlimited??
It is only documented for instance_memory_limit & app_instance_limit but not for other resources.

Thanks for pointing that out. I've added a bug to update the documentation
for space and org quotas to indicate the -1 behavior. [1]
