In our efforts to stop maintaining unused things and to unify the
approaches to route-registration, we want to propose moving
https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-registrar to the "attic" phase of its
lifecycle and move it to the cloudfoundry-attic GitHub org. This would
mean end of support and active development on the project.

While we are working on a canonical alternative to route registration
solutions, we don't have one yet. So if anyone is still actively using
this project, please let us know. But if no one is using it, it's safe to
move to the attic.
