Yes,all deas are built from same stemcell, all with fresh installation

Are you sure all you DEA are at the same version ?

Yep - we're pretty much on the same page.
Only addition I would ask for is that the whitelist contain some "sensible"
defaults (eg, Trace-Id, Span-Id) that are switched on by default;
