Having a sample service broker is a good idea. In Altoros we had a boilerplate for service broker as an base project for service brokers.
You can find the project in Altoros repo [1].

Guys is there any way to "execute" a the "buildpack logic" inside a docker
container just like the what CF does in stage (building) and run.
