I deploy a sample app, no problems. I attempt to deploy another app that fails, because of application issues. A deploy of any other app fails

route-registrar is designed to be colocated with your jobs, so you just
need to configure and deploy, don't need to wire it into your code. It was
fairly trivial to switch uaa, hm9k, doppler, and CC

We use them for registering a route in nats. We could move to
route-registrar at some point, but our code predates route-registrar and we
haven't migrated.
