I think you mean Clod Controller and not UAA
UAA supports nested group hierarchies. but it doesn't manage spaces and
orgs.

UAA: Level count of Spaces under an Org
Currently, there is only 1 level of Spaces under an Org with UAA. I heard people talking about adding more levels of Spaces to it. I'd like to have some discussions if this really makes sense.
