Hi everyone,

We are writing to inform and invite feedback from the Community regarding upcoming work on the CLI V7 beta:

• two upcoming features (Rolling Deployments and App Rollbacks)

• proposed changes to app starts/restart CLI commands to support these features

• and several CLI workflow options to support the new features. Any future deployment strategy work will likely follow the same CLI command patterns
