Be careful with this. It uses a custom build pack (fork of standard PHP
BP) and last I saw, it wasn't updated for `cflinuxfs2`.

available as oss and listed on bosh.io.

mediawiki is a php app with mysql as an option:

but i'm not aware of install instructions for that. there are other
