Hello All,

The firehose-plugin (cf nozzle) has been moved to
http://github.com/cloudfoundry-community/firehose-plugin.

The original repo in cloudfoundry github org will be deleted.

For whatever reason, if you have references to it, please update them.

I've created a new release (0.12.0) with some updates and copied over the
previous two releases (0.11.0, 0.10.0) to the new repo. Older releases will
be lost.
