Hi All,

In November I sent out a proposal to add platform support for applying
multiple buildpacks to a CF app. This proposal did not establish a strict
communication contract between the buildpacks, and concerns were raised
that it would be difficult for the Java buildpack to make adequate
stability/usability guarantees without such a contract.

We would like to welcome any comments on our new, revised proposal[1]
before starting work on this effort.
