Hello All,

HPE would like to propose incubating the
https://github.com/hpcloud/garden-hcs repo with the Greenhouse team.

This repo contains source code developed by HPE to demonstrate the
advanced containerization capabilities in Windows 2016. HPE will be
partnering with the Greenhouse team to move these features into core CF, as
indicated by Harshit Shah in an earlier email.

Please let me know if there are any objections by end of day November 3rd.

If no objections raised, then we’ll consider the repo approved for
incubation in the Runtime PMC under the Greenhouse team.
