Hey y'all,

The Buildpacks team has recently made changes[1] to cf-release to rename
the java buildpack packages from buildpack_java to java-buildpack and
buildpack_java_offline to java-offline-buildpack.

This change was made to align the naming of these packages with the rest of
the buildpack packages.

We've updated the cf-release manifest templates + stubs with these changes,
but regeneration or changes to your CF manifests might be necessary.
