As you may be aware, TCP routing is now supported using the routing-release
BOSH release.

Since June we have been in discussions with the container networking team
about how their needs for policy management overlap with our plans to
support multiple app ports. We have arrived at a solution, are documenting
the new design, and expect to begin implementation within the next few
weeks.

I will send an announcement soon to solicit feedback on the latest design,
and later when the feature can be tested using the API.
