Reminder: if your CI pipelines or other automation pull the latest Diego
final releases from bosh.io, please make sure they are configured to obtain
them from http://bosh.io/releases/github.com/cloudfoundry/diego-release,
instead of
http://bosh.io/releases/github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/diego-release.
The incubator one stopped updating at 0.1476.0 after the Diego team
migrated the diego-release repo into the cloudfoundry GitHub org, and is
now several releases behind the latest Diego final release.

If you're pulling releases directly from GitHub, the incubator URLs
redirect to cloudfoundry, but some versions of the Concourse github-release
resource may not follow it.
