Hi, there

In java buildpack document, it supports "external tomcat configuration", I
am wondering if "tomcat configuration" could use local file together with
java web application? In php buildpack, we can modify php/nginx related
configuration in .bp_config, could we use local file similar to .bp_config
? It would be eariler for app developers.
