Hi all,

Would anyone benefit from having the option of Cloud Foundry never cleaning
up old droplets?

I've worked with clients who used third-party deployment tools that created
a permanent archive of *every* binary ever deployed. From a security and
compliance viewpoint (I'm thinking finance, government etcetera) I can
imagine it being handy to have the option to disable droplet reaping
altogether for this reason, and then push that responsibility out to the
platform operators.
