Can you provide us with a little bit more information so we can diagnose the issue? Firstly, a SANITIZED version of your deployment manifest. Did you generate the manifest using `./scripts/generate-bosh-lite-dev-manifest` or in some other way? What version of diego release is deployed alongside cf-release?
