Hi All,

We've put together a proposal for exposing Tasks.

The goal of exposing this feature is to enhance the cloud controller and
the cf cli to support the ability for a space developer to create and run a
Task, a command that can be run against your application’s droplet and is
guaranteed to run at most once.

We'd like to be able to iterate on this document quickly, so please keep
your input and feedback in the comments of the document.
