Hey cf-dev,

Pivotal's hosted Cloud Foundry service, Pivotal Web Services (PWS), is now
running 100% on Diego, all DEAs (and HM9000s) have been terminated. Since
many people in the community look to early-adopter production deployments
such as PWS as a canary before deciding that something is stable enough for
their own deployments, I wanted to make sure the community was aware of
this significant architectural change.

Rest assured that the OSS release integration pipelines will continue to
deploy and test the DEAs alongside the Diego components. The DEA, Warden,
and HM9000 codebases are still being maintained, issues and pull requests
are still receiving attention, etc.
