Liangbiao #2874 Hi, Currently, DEA can specified to a "zone", and Cloud Controller can schedule APP instance according to zone.(https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cloud_controller_ng/blob/965dbc4bdf65df89f382329aef39f86a916b3f05/lib/cloud_controller/dea/pool.rb#L47) So, I think whether we can push it more further.
