Yes, We were looking into webhooks kind of model, where a registered
endpoint could be invoked when a (or more than one) criteria is met.

A few examples of the criteria, would be a) when total usage/cost for an
org(or a set of orgs) reaches a threshhold or b) when a service usage
exceeds a threshold or c) the usage or cost for an instance reaches a
threshold.

As you can see, it would be helpful if we are be able to enable
notifications at different stages in the pipeline ...accumulated,
aggregated, rated, with the input being the documents at those levels.
