also note that there is work to support adding service brokers scoped to a
space. this api [1] is currently marked experimental but the release marker
for "private brokers" is not ready yet [2]. design doc is here [3]. so soon
you'll be able to use a hosted version of cf.

if you can deploy on a cloud like aws, then there are terraform scripts in
the community that do a smallish footprint version:
