Sample go app, pushed and diego enabled, started.
--logs show the healthchecks, stop/start creating container etc.

A cf docker-push, enable-diego, cf start results in
FAILED Server error, status code: 400, error code: 320003, message:
Docker support has not been enabled.

Pointer to research the problem or that simple manifest tweak to make all
work would be greatly appreciated.
