At this point the style guide is in draft form. One pair had drafted this
to document the patterns that we've fleshed out so far in the v3 cc API.
We'll be iterating on it this week as other team members have a chance to
review for correctness so it is subject to fluidity.
Community comment via issues/prs on that repo is also welcome.

I don't know how much the CAPI team expects it to change but it's probably
worthwhile for those who have built their own client libraries or Web UI's
to review.
