Stemcell releases notes

Do we have a changelog these days for stemcells?
- We used to have https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md but that is no longer updated. - Bosh.io lists bosh changes for each revision now but not the stemcell - There is https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh/blob/master/bosh-stemcell/OS_IMAGES.md but I am not sure how to interpret that information I want to correctly tie Stemcell versions back to the CVE's that were fixed (and other bugs).
