This following command when tried manually,its working fine. but when i am
executing it from ci tool(concourse), then its giving me the error.

The command is:
bosh scp --gateway_host xx.xx.xx.xx --gateway_user test
--gateway_identity_file testkey machine/0 --upload test.sh
/var/vcap/sys/tmp/testvm/test.sh

Error:

Error 450001: Action Failed ssh: SSH Cleanup: Deleting Ephemeral Users:
Deleting user:
Running command: 'userdel -r bosh_wlxxx', stdout: '', stderr: 'userdel: user
bosh_wlxxx is currently used by process xxxx ': exit status 8
