Easier way to see which packages are installed in the stemcell

Hey all,
With Fujitsu's help we have added stemcell_dpkg_l.txt file to each Ubuntu
Trusty stemcell tarball. This file contains list of packages installed and
their versions. It is generated at the end of the stemcell building process
by our CIs.
$ tar tvf
~/Downloads/light-bosh-stemcell-3008-aws-xen-hvm-ubuntu-trusty-go_agent.tgz
-rw-rw-r-- 0 ubuntu ubuntu 14041 Jul 1 11:47 ami.log
-rw-r--r-- 0 ubuntu ubuntu 8139 Jul 1 10:53 apply_spec.yml
-rw-rw-r-- 0 ubuntu ubuntu 0 Jul 1 11:20 image
