did you get any further with this topic? We would have to deploy CF in AWS
China as well and I would be interested in your current experience and
challenges you experience beside the download.

When we deployed. We had to move the release to a local jump box in china
using rsync over ssh and the upload to a local bosh.
At that time there was an isssue with Fog gem which doesn't support china
region, resulting in S3 blobstores unusable. Now everything normal.
