Is there a bosh release to run config server? I'm seeing settings for it in bosh spec.yml but not seeing how to run config server. Can someone point me in right direction to play with it?

we havent shared it reference impl with everyone since we are still making large changes and dont want to be dangerously backwards compatible (last version for example dropped all data since table name changed). it's coming up though as we change a few more apis in the director.
