Whoops, sorry about that. Anyway, any insights?

To clarify static draining uses bin/drain script and waits for it as long
as necessary. BOSH will not try to terminate it unless deploy is canceled.
All dynamic draining scripts can be written as a static draining scripts
since you can just wait for necessary actions inside the script itself.
