I used following command to deploy a microbosh stemcell on Openstack

bosh micro deploy bosh-stemcell-3120-openstack-kvm-ubuntu-trusty-go_agent.tgz

Then I was able to run bosh target 192.168.1.229 and was able to proceed with cloud foundry installation. When I restart the instance and try to run bosh target 192.168.1.229 again I get following error

Cannot talk to director at `https://192.168.1.229:25555', please set correct target

I can ping to 192.168.1.229. What could be the reason for that?
