3139 stemcells yanked

Hey all,
We had to yank 3139 stemcell series since they introduced new version of s3cli that required explicit host configuration instead of defaulting to s3 urls by default. CLI (1.3139.0) and the bosh release (v226) are unaffected. Sorry for the inconvenience. |
