Sorry Tom and Mike,

"Publish" was hit prematurely on the draft notes, so bosh.io picked the
empty notes up. The release notes are still being filled in, you can see

The recommended version of Diego is 0.1398.0, and I've published release
notes at

Please note that there are many significant breaking changes and some new
BOSH properties resulting from the use of btrfs in the upgraded
garden-linux. If you're upgrading an existing deployment, you'll have
instance downtime, so it may be simplest to delete the Diego deployment,
update CF at least through the Cloud Controllers, and then deploy the new
Diego release.
