No as far as I know, I don't think there is a CPI for Alibaba.
But it's a good chance for you to contribute to the community.

,Azure ,OpenStack ,vSphere ,vCloud CPI release .
In terms of development , SDK from alibaba is also available.
There is a ref here, not much progress since 2 years.
